Licensed, Copyrighted, and Trademarked Products
Vendor understands and agrees that vendor shall only sell properly licensed, copyrighted, and trademarked products. Examples of illegal products are (but not limited to): homemade concert tapes, imported live CDs, and T-shirts and baseball caps either printed or embroidered without proper copyright and/or trademark notifications. Festival Management will be present in all vending areas to ensure any bootleg, counterfeit, or infringing products are not being sold. Venue reserves the right to confiscate and forward the infringing product to the owner of the rights or return the infringing product to the vendor after the event is over.
